Brown Onion Sauce

This is a great sauce that comes together with ingredients commonly on hand.

2 tbsp butter
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 cup Brown Sauce
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan and add 2 finely chopped onions, cooking until golden brown. Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 cup Brown Sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Just before serving add 1 tbsp chopped parsley.

Makes about 1 cup
