It's hard to write a hamburger recipe because there are so many condiment options and the choices are all very personal. There are probably psychological personality tests based on how people dress their hamburgers. These are basic instructions on how to cook venison hamburger patties. What you do after that is up to you!
Ingredients
-
8 Broken Arrow Ranch Hamburger Patties (1 pkg)
-
Salt & black pepper or favorite hamburger seasoning (recommend Montreal Steak Seasoning)
-
Cheese (optional)
-
Condiments of your choice - lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, jalapenos, bacon, avocado, etc.
Directions
Pre-heat grill to a medium-high heat, about 400F. Allow grill to heat up for about 20 minutes.
While grill is heating, remove hamburger patties from packaging and pat dry. Season both sides of patties liberally with seasoning.
Place patties onto the hot grill and allow to cook for about 7-8 minutes. The patties are ready to flip when the top edges are just starting to turn gray and moisture is starting to bead on top. Flip the patties and allow to cook for another 7-8 minutes for medium doneness. Cook a few minutes longer if you want well done hamburgers but these may be a little dry because venison is so lean.
Removed cooked hamburgers from the grill and dress them with the condiments of your choice.
