Why Farmed Venison?

We started selling New Zealand farmed venison in 2015 because because there was a slow down in the population of South Texas Antelope and harvests became limited. Our customers rely heavily on us so we researched the purest farm-raised alternative and began selling New Zealand farm-raised venison. As the antelope supply came back, man customers stuck with the farmed venison because it meets their quality standards and usually sells at a lower price. The quality of New Zealand venison is generally good and the animals are raised humanely. Most acknowledge that our wild venison is more pure and better in taste, however some people desire different specialty cuts such as loins and fillets and don’t want to order the antelope.
